Warren School has recently installed five new Clevertouch screens across the school. The award-winning screens have replaced the old projector based technology and offer superior clarity, advanced touch recognition and are bundled with top-notch, free software. All the screens are mounted on height adjustable stands so students of all sizes have the opportunity to use them. The new screens have opened up a massive array of new opportunities and the students love them!

Sign2sing Assembly with Grove School

posted Feb 1, 2017, 12:21 AM by Warren Manager

On Friday 10th February Warren School and Grove Primary School are joining together through a Skype link to celebrate “sign2sing” an annual fundraising event from the Deaf Health Charity Signhealth. Signhealth aims to improve the health and wellbeing of Deaf people in the UK and Uganda.

The two schools will each be holding their own whole school assemblies which will be linked together through Skype. 10 students from Grove School will be visiting Warren School and spending the afternoon to link with a class sharing sign language activities.

Through the Skype link, each school will welcome and greet each other. Each school, in turn, will then perform, by signing and singing one of the previous sign2sing songs.

Both schools simultaneously will then sign and sing this year’s sign2sing song, “Together”.

This is an amazing opportunity for all students from both schools to share this experience. Many thanks to all staff and students from both schools. This event would not have been possible without the support and dedication from Madame Godet and the Grove School Team and Emma, Tom and Elizabeth from Warren School.

Below is the official video for Together.
